Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/email.

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad

  • Online Payment Gateways (via SSLCommerz or others)

Full payment is required before dispatch (except COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.
Delivery charges may apply and vary based on the delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Delays caused by public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Within 24 hours of order placement

  • Returns: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items

  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection
